I liked that it was spotlessly clean and popular, the staff were attentive and rooms were cheap. Booked a room with great views of the cathedral outside window. The full English breakfast was savoury and had appetising food. Incredible and amazing location close to a main road.

The location is fantastic, close to the Arndale Centre and Metrolink. Effort made to clean up; smelled of bleach. Central location near Manchester arena and pubs. Comfy beds, clean rooms, and good value for money. Charming 200-year-old building. Great attention from the staff. Receptionist Ben is a fantastic asset. Peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel's central location was a major plus for us. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, allowing us easy access to shops, restaurants, and the train station. it was just a short walk away from the theatre we were planning to visit that evening. The room we stayed in had a lovely view of the cathedral, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and always available to assist us during our stay. the breakfast served was scrumptious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The noise from the pub below was quite noticeable, which slightly affected our overall experience.
